slow slow day
Due to a shortage of staff, I am stuck in the Visitors' centre office today wearing a Parks Canada uniform.
The combination of red and green makes me look like an elf.
Many Japanese guests today, since there host families are bringing them to see canadian culture. Apparently 250 young Japanese teachers landed in Vancouver on Friday and are just in our country for the weekend, before they have to fly back on Monday evening. A whirlwind tour of the lower mainland in three days.
and of all the places they visit, they choose Fort Langley as one of them????
went through many Japanese translations today that we ran out by 2 and i had to go photocopy a new batch.
with the clocks going back and hour last night, it has become darker earlier in the day. When 4 o'clock feels like 5.
booooooooo
at least i earned an extra hour of sleeping in.
